Address and FEI/EIN Changes
You can request an address change, which includes email address or FEI/EIN number change for any business entity (COR, LLC, ETC.) or Fictitious Name Registration by sending us an email (link below). Please include the document file number with your request.
- Principal Office (must be a physical address)
- Mailing address
- Officer/Director, Manager/Managing Member, General Partner, or Owner addresses, when applicable
- FEI/EIN (include business name and document file number, if known)
If your Registered Agent's address has changed you must fill out the appropriate form and pay the statutory filing fee. Access the forms download page here.

Address and FEI/EIN changes may also be made on the yearly annual report filing. If you have not yet filed your Annual Report it is recommended that you do so now and make all necessary changes. Do not send anything other than address and FEI/EIN changes to this link. It will delay processing of your request. If you make changes on the Annual Report it is not necessary to also request the change here.
